Terms of use

The Resistance Profile is a coaching and personal-development assessment. It reflects the answers you selected and describes patterns of hesitation in business behaviour. It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis, it is not therapy or treatment, and it does not identify a disorder or a hidden truth about you.

Nothing on this site is a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice. If you are dealing with a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.

Your business outcomes depend on your market, your offer, your effort and many factors outside anyone else's control. No income, revenue, client or growth result is promised or guaranteed, and no example should be read as a typical outcome.

The site is intended for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into these terms. No account or password is required to take the assessment or to view your result, which is reached through a private link.

Your result is available at a private link. Anyone with that link can view the result, so keep it to yourself if you would prefer it stayed private. Do not attempt to guess, enumerate or access result links belonging to other people.

The audio sessions and any accompanying written material are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may listen as often as you like and keep a copy for yourself.

You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, broadcast, sublicense or republish the files, use them with clients or groups as part of your own paid work, or use them to train machine learning systems.

The audio sessions use relaxation, focused attention and mental rehearsal. Listen only where it is safe to relax deeply and to let your attention drift. Never listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or doing anything else that needs your attention.

The sessions are for relaxation and personal development. They are not treatment. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a psychiatric condition, or any concern about relaxation or hypnosis-style audio, speak to your doctor before listening. Stop listening if you feel unwell or uncomfortable.

The assessment questions, scoring approach, report copy, audio recordings, artwork and site content are owned by Matthew Jope or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Your licence to use the material does not transfer ownership of it.

Prices are shown on the relevant page before purchase and are charged in the currency stated at checkout. Payment is taken on a secure checkout operated by the payment and checkout providers used for these products, and their own terms apply to the transaction. Prices may change at any time, and any tax or fee shown at checkout is added there.

The products sold here are digital. Access is delivered online, usually immediately after purchase, through the customer library and the email address you used at checkout. There is nothing physical to ship.

If something does not work, is not what was described, or you did not receive access, write to support@moneyresetlive.com and it will be sorted out, by fixing access or by refunding.

Refund requests are considered on their merits and are handled in line with applicable consumer law and the terms of the checkout provider used for your purchase. No specific statutory period is claimed or implied here. Include your purchase email and what you bought so the request can be found quickly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and access to the digital material ends when a refund is issued.

Use the site lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, copy the assessment to build a competing product, submit other people's personal details without their permission, or interfere with anyone else's use of it. Access may be withdrawn where these terms are broken.

The site relies on third-party providers for hosting, database storage, email, customer management and payment. Their systems and terms govern their part of the service, and their availability is not controlled here. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and their content is not endorsed.

The site is provided as it stands. Every effort is made to keep it available and accurate, but interruptions, maintenance and occasional errors happen. Features, copy and products may change, be added or be withdrawn over time.

You are responsible for the decisions you make in your own business and life after taking the assessment or listening to the audio. To the extent the law allows, Matthew Jope is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost opportunity arising from use of the site or the products.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing removes rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

These terms may be updated as the assessment and the products develop. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
